• Makeup Artists
• DJs

• Ushers

• Content Creators
• Other event-related service providers

Viynora facilitates connections but does not directly provide these services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Vendor Accounts

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Keep their profiles updated.
• Deliver services professionally.
• Respond honestly to customer enquiries.
• Comply with applicable laws in their country.

Viynora reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these terms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Treat vendors respectfully.
• Pay vendors according to the agreed terms.
• Communicate honestly throughout the booking process.

5. Payments

At launch, Viynora may charge vendors a subscription fee for access to the platform.

Payments for event services are arranged directly between customers and vendors unless Viynora introduces an official payment system in the future.

Viynora is not responsible for payment disputes between customers and vendors.

6. Reviews

Customers may leave honest reviews based on genuine experiences.

Fake, abusive, misleading, or defamatory reviews may be removed.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are determined by each individual vendor.

Customers should review a vendor’s cancellation policy before confirming any booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All Viynora branding, logos, website content, graphics, and software remain the property of Viynora.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Viynora acts solely as a marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors.

Viynora is not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided.
• Missed events.
• Vendor cancellations.
• Customer cancellations.
• Property damage.
• Personal injury.
• Financial losses resulting from agreements between customers and vendors.

Customers and vendors are responsible for their own agreements.

10. Account Suspension

Viynora may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• False information
• Abuse of the platform
• Illegal activities
• Violation of these Terms

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using Viynora, you agree to the collection and processing of your information as described in that policy.
